David has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA from the University of Alberta. He has over 25 years of experience in property management, leasing, development, renovations, property tax assessment, and the acquisition and sale of properties. David sits on the BOMA Edmonton Board of Directors and is the Past President of BOMA Edmonton. David is an owner of Humford and is actively involved in the value creation process, as well as advising, supporting and monitoring the overall management of the properties.

Dave has 10 years of experience in accounting, 8 of which is with Humford. He has hands on experience with day to day accounting, monthly statement preparation, annual working papers, annual operating cost reconciliation’s, annual budget preparation, GST filing and mortgage and property tax payment administration. Dave leads a team of 6 property accountants and 1 accounts payable clerk.

She has successfully executed creative leasing strategies in her portfolio. Stacy has also completed numerous tenant improvement and renovation projects as well as new building construction. In addition, she recently earned her Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.
