David has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA from the University of Alberta. He has over 25 years of experience in property management, leasing, development, renovations, property tax assessment, and the acquisition and sale of properties. David is a past president of BOMA Edmonton and is currently the Chair Elect for BOMA Canada. David is an owner of Humford and is actively involved in the value creation process, as well as advising, supporting and monitoring the overall management of the properties.

Dave is an owner of Humford and leads a team of 2 managers, 8 accountants, and 1 payables clerk.

Anthony has over 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He began his career as a commercial appraiser before specializing in property tax consulting. Since joining the Humford team in September of 2011, he has assumed a variety of responsibilities including Asset Manager and Tax Manager. He is also working toward obtaining property manager credentials. Anthony’s strong analytical and relationship building skills provide a strong compliment to the Humford team.

Peter handles some of our more complicated projects from an accounting perspective and excels at interpreting lease clauses and tracking multi building cost allocations. Peter has recently acquired his CGA designation. He leads a team of 3 accountants. Peter has been with Humford Management Inc. since June 2008 and was promoted to Manager in October 2010.
