David has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA from the University of Alberta. He has over 25 years of experience in property management, leasing, development, renovations, property tax assessment, and the acquisition and sale of properties. David is a past president of BOMA Edmonton and is currently the Chair Elect for BOMA Canada. David is an owner of Humford and is actively involved in the value creation process, as well as advising, supporting and monitoring the overall management of the properties.

Peter handles some of our more complicated projects from an accounting perspective and excels at interpreting lease clauses and tracking multi building cost allocations.
